Training & Co-Mentoring

Joint Staff Training in Munich
A three-day intensive training bringing together theatre artists, researchers, and NGO professionals to exchange knowledge, explore new creative methods, and discuss how theatre can drive social change.
Co-Mentoring Scheme
Participants will both mentor and be mentored, fostering an interdisciplinary learning experience.

Beyond the Joint Staff Training
Online follow-up sessions will help reinforce the learning, encouraging ongoing collaboration and skill development.

Theatre Creation & Local Performances
Led by: VoiceLab (Grotowski Institute)
Across Europe
Four participatory theatre productions will be developed, incorporating themes of sustainability, inclusivity, and underrepresented community voices.

From Idea to Stage
The creative process will focus on eco-friendly, portable staging to make performances accessible in different locations.

Test Shows
Before the full performances, the project will include:

A virtual test presentation, where all consortium partners will join to review and discuss the productions.

Three local test performances in different communities to fine-tune accessibility, impact, and artistic execution, ensuring live translation/subtitles for diverse audiences.
Community at the Core
Schools, young people, seniors, and refugees will actively participate in shaping and performing the productions.

European Theatre Tour

A 19-day journey bringing theatre to new audiences across four cities.
Live Performances
16 stage productions and 6 pop-up street performances, transforming public spaces into creative hubs.

Sustainable Travel
Prioritising train travel and eco-conscious accommodations to minimise environmental impact.

Documenting the Journey
Audience reactions and cultural impact will be recorded to explore how theatre can inspire conversations and change.
